		38 rooms and some Family Suites, all with private bathroom, Air conditioning, TV Colour, Minibar, Telephone with direct line, PC plug, hairdryer.
		Family Suites Composed by two rooms and one bathroom, are very requested by families with adult children.
		Large triple and quadruple rooms to accomodate a family party or a group of friends.
		Free Internet ! In the hall of the hotel you will find a computer to browse internet and send e-mail 24 hours a day, free of charge. In our lobby you can also access free of charge to our wifi connection with your portable pc or phone.

Our staff is always at your disposal to help you enjoy the visit of Florence.

We invite you to ask suggestions and information for all your needs.

At your arrival you will receive a detailed map of Florence where the major monuments are indicated, as well as the restaurants and trattorias that we usually suggest. Please ask the front desk for more information.

Museum ticket reservations. Very useful to avoid long wait.

Check-in.

The rooms are available from 1:00 pm.

Early arrival.
If you arrive at the hotel before your room is ready we will hold your baggage in our deposit. Our lounge and a toilette service are available for your confort.

Late arrival.

We always hold the confirmed reservation for late arrival. Anyway, we kindly ask you to send a message with the predicted arrival time.

Check-out: before 12:00 noon.

On the departure day we can hold your baggage in our deposit, free of charge.

Garage with valet service
We have an agreement with a garage that can pick up and deliver the car from the door of our Hotel. 24 Hours parking costs 25 Euro for a car. 35 Euro for minivans and deluxe cars. Valet service is included for arrival and departure.
The clients should pay the garage with cash when receiving the car at the check-out. The garage is located very close to the hotel. Every day the garage is closed between midnight and 7:00 am. We have a map with driving path at the following address:http://www.florenceitaly.net/basilea/basmap.html

	Bar service Our rooms have minibar.		Laundry service A laundry and dry cleaning service is available Mon-Fri with delivery the day after at 6:00 pm.
	Safe deposit Safe deposit box are available at the front desk free of charge.
	The Hotel has two floors, both served by elevator.		The breakfast room is open from 7:30 to 10:00 am and is located on the first floor.
	Pets are welcome.		Room Service is available only for breakfast service, from 7:30 to 10:00 am.
