Our staff is always at your disposal to help you enjoy the visit of Florence.

We invite you to ask suggestions and information for all your needs.

At your arrival you will receive a detailed map of Florence where the major monuments are indicated, as well as the restaurants and trattorias that we usually suggest. Please ask the front desk for more information.

Museum ticket reservations. Very useful to avoid long wait.

Las habitaciones están disponible desde las 1:00 de la tarde. .

Llegada pronto la mañana.

Se llegais antes que Vuestra habitación sea lista, guardaremos la maleta gratuitamente en nuestro depósito. La sala de estar y nuestro bar con el servicio, están a Vuestra disposición.

Llegada tarde la noche.

La correcta reserva garantiza que vuestra habitación estará guardada hasta Vuestra llegada. Rogamos de llamar a la reception para informarla de la hora de Vuestra llegada.

Salida: dentro de las 12 de la mañana.

Se el día de la salida vosotros quereis quedar en la ciudad guardaremos Vestra maleta gratuitamente. .

    		 Garage with valet service
    We have an agreement with a garage that can pick up and deliver the car from the door of our Hotel. 24 Hours parking costs 25 Euro for a car. 35 Euro for minivans and deluxe cars. Valet service is included for arrival and departure.
    The clients should pay the garage with cash when receiving the car at the check-out. The garage is located very close to the hotel. Every day the garage is closed between midnight and 7:00 am. We have a map with driving path in our contact page.

    Our bar is open 24 hours a day.     		  

    Laundry service
    A laundry and dry cleaning service is available Mon-Fri with delivery the day after at 6:00 pm.

        

    Safe deposit
    Each room has its own safe deposit. Please collect the key at front desk.

     

    		  
      

    The Hotel has four floors, all served by elevator.

     

    		  The breakfast room is open from 7:30 to 10:00 am and is located on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast is served.
         Pets are welcome.

      

    		 Room Service is available only for breakfast service, from 7:30 to 10:00 am.
