Dear Sirs,
My husband and I were guests of the Hotel Ritz in early October. We had come to Florence for just one day on a trip that my husband had waited 60 years to take. We could not have found a better place to be than with you. Just the other evening we were talking of the Hotel and what a pleasure it had been to be guests there with a young couple who stayed there with their family during the summer of 2010.
We want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a spectacular 2011. May each day of the New Year brings everything good to you and yours and to the Hotel Ritz. We look forward, one day, to staying with you again.

This was not my first time in Florence, but was my first time at your hotel. The stay was fabulous. The location sublime. The reception was very friendly. We were recommended to La Maremma for dinner--the owner called ahead to the restaurant and made a reservation for us. The food was outstanding. We arrived with a very large tandem bicycle and two singles and they gave us a very adequate place to store all. Grazie Mille, Fedeli, per tutto!

I recently made a trip to Florence. We stayed at the Ritz hotel from 13th November to 16th November 2008.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Federica in particular was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile .

I stayed at the Hotel Ritz at the end of September for 5 nights, with two of my friends. This is one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Our room was very clean, which is one of the primary things I look for. The staff was wonderful, and gave us great dining recommendations, tour sufggestions, etc. (especially Federica). I would defiitely stay at the Hotel Ritz the next time I am in Florence. Thank you for a great stay.

Dear Federica and the Hotel Ritz staff;

Just wanted you to know how very pleased we were with our room and the attention of the staff. The room was lovely, well equiped, clean, and views from the windows were outstanding. We especially loved the veranda!!!! The staff went out of their way to help with reservation for restaurants, call taxies, and help us find out way around Firenze. We want to specially thank your night front desk staff for putting us with all our inquires, while he was answering phones, checking in guests, and keeping the front of the hotel clear of cars wrongly parking in front of it... He was truly multitasking!!!!!

I also want to commend federica for handling our reservations, answering all our questions and making reservations at the museums. Everything was without fault and promptly answered in great detail..

I wanted to srite you this long overdue letter to thank you for an excellent stay at the Hotel Ritz. Not only was the hotel intimate and romantic but also the extra lenghts that your staff went through to make our stay comfortable were incredible. In particular, your front desk clerk Sergio was extraordinary. His kind demeanor and throughtfulness guided us through our first journey to Firenze. His excellent advice included restaurant recommendation and reservations (our favourites being Ristorante del Fagioli and Ristorante Alle Murate), museum insights, and local tidbits that added so much to our trip. However he was not an exception but the standard at your hotel. Every person that worked there, from the cleaning staff to the concierge, was kind, courteous, and generous. They all contributed to our wonderful experience of Italy.

The rooms were also wonderful. During our visit we stayed in two room over a period of six days; one with view of the Santa Croce and the otehr that overlooked the Arno. Both had an italian elegance and intimacy that exemplifies Florentine romance and beauty.

I now recommend the hotel to all my friends that travle to your beautiful city. I also intend to return to Firenze every year and stay at the Hotel Ritz during my visit. Than you again I look forward to staying at your hotel in the near future.

Subject: Hotel visit

Now that are back at home in (... ...) USA I want to express to you that of the various places we stayed in Italy and Sicily the Hotel Ritz was by far the best and most of all, made our visit to Firenze the most enjoyable! The price was right, the breakfast excellent, the room clean, bright, and spacious with an excellent open view out to the river Arno and Michelangelo Piazzale. That we especially enjoyed as living in the opne spaces of Montana we sometimes feel confined in the cities of Europe. Montana is over 500 miles by 300 miles with only 800,000 population. But we enjoyed Firenze so much more than Rome, much due to the comfort of teh Ritz and yet the easy access to the city. We had dinner at the PZA Signoria every night, enjoyed the concerts there, but mostly, since we walk everywhere on our travels by evening we are exhausted and are much more comfortable in sidewalk cafes. Anyway, thank you again and we will certainly pass the word about the Ritz to our travel friends here in (K...). We were at the Ritz September 16th for four nights. Thomas & Marion Best

E poi lo stile e l'arredamento ci è risultato di ottimo gusto e perfettamente intonato con la vostra splendida città. Firenze è una città veramente stupenda, artistica e affascinante e il vostro Hotel è perfettamente inserito in tale ambiente.
